Our film being a drama showing a real life situation and real life characters will be able to attract audience as they would be familiar with it.
When we did the survey on survey monkey the response we got to our first question was:
Further more, most people fail to understand what is happening in other genres movies , but as their lifestyles is similar to the drama genre type , they can be easily addressed.When i asked a school friend who hardly watched movies the reason for not watching the movies, she replies " I don't understand what is happening in them. Movies are so fake , they show actions which are impossible, i would rather read a novel then waste my time watching things that can never happen. How can a person transform to a vampire? The movies make no sense to me. " We had planned to attract our audience with originality and reality. The characters of Hammad and Karrar would meet up to their expectations as they would expect Hammad to be good at nothing but will have many positive expectations from Karrar as a result of their own evaluations about these characters observing their actions in the start of the movie.

The audience would be really comfortable with the mise en scene as we have shot the film in a location every one is familiar with. Every person has a bedroom , and will have necessary furniture present with them and that’s exactly what these boys are shown to have.. Karrar wearing a gold watch and having two cellphones will tell the audience that Karrar is financially well-off as compared to Hammad. Both of them waking up from bed and going to a washroom and getting ready in front of a mirror tells the audience that the actors are present in their own respective rooms which are different rooms.

The colour combination in Hammads room is dull , whereas Karrars room is more organized and decent. When it is Hammad's time to wake up, he acts lazy and he pushes the alarm clock on the floor and stays on bed , where as Karrar closes the alarm and gets up from the bed instantly.Following the movies continuity , Hammad's alarm clock ringed before Karrar's but Karrar gets ready before Hammad which gives the impression that he more active then Hammad and is more punctual. We see Karrar already dressed up when Hammad is buttoning his shirt slowly. Hammads lazy and confused nature was also evident when he was shown scratching his face when he was selecting clothes from his closet.
We used the split screen effect near the end of our movie which helped the viewer compare the actions of the two characters which developed the sense of competition amongst them.We used the split screen method which might be appreciated by the audience as this does not usually happen and might appeal them. Both of our characters are considered to be good looking according to the Asian society and as BBC represents multicultural society , the Asians living in Britian would also like our characters and BBC will promote our movie as the genre of this movie is also Drama which is a common genre for BBC productions.
We have taken both male characters which would appeal the male population as it would be representative of their own lifestyle. Both characters being male does breaks the convention as usually the movies which have two characters, the two characters are opposite genders.This movie would appeal to the females as well as it would help them understand the issues of the men around them and they may be interested in the opposite gender issues and the Asian Pakistani culture. We have also stereotyped our characters as mostly the confident characters are considered to involved in illegal activities or not good in studies but our character Karrar has a balance in studies and everything else. Mostly the intelligent characters are portrayed as nerds who have no social life and they just study, but our character Karrar is stereotyped to be really good at studies and everything.
Our movie does not have dialogues but the music of our film helps develop the mood. We did not use dialogues as we noticed that mostly the opening titles of drama genre doesn't have dialogues and we wanted the viewer to focus more on the actions rather then listening carefully to the dialgues. The music will help them enjoy, as it was highly favoured by our school audience when we showed it to them.
The Title of our movie is attractive as it enables a person to think that what genre does the movie belong too. When a person hears the title "These two" , he might think the movie is about two people who have been murdered, or who do a extraordinary task together, or are unique in some way like are really funny . But instead these two do not even meet in the opening of the movies which makes the audience eager to know the link between these two.

The audience really liked our videos. They agreed that the music helped them enjoy it and they said that they want to watch the rest of the movie.
